Amenities/Plant Room

As important to the running of a commercial facility as the public areas, allnex back of house flooring is durable, easily maintained and quick to install, providing minimum downtime and manageable disruptions while ensuring these busy passage ways and service areas can be used 24/7.

External Loading Docks

A well designed loading bay can have significant benefits for the smooth running of these busy traffic ways.

Loading Bays ought to possess a durable anti-slip surface texture, coloured, with distinctive markings for good traffic management and be able to withstand the anticipated harsh working conditions along with the external weathering environment.

Kitchens

Areas must be designed to withstand the anticipated activities to be carried out.  Hygiene surfaces including floors must be effectively cleanable, be non-porous, be unable to harbour bacterial growth, be constructed to ensure there is no freestanding or ponding of water, be resistant to the chemicals and manufacturing processes and meet all workplace health and safety standards eg, non-slip.

It is also beneficial when selecting suitable hygiene solutions that the options being considered have been independantly tested by recognised food safe regulators eg, HACCP and have a good history of use in similar situations.

Reception

First impressions count, and the most important area for any hotel is the reception area.

allnex decorative systems, including Architectural Terrazzite, provides the look and the durability required for these heavily trafficked and client aware bespoke environments.
